1) The Biligirirangan Range and the wildlife sanctuary are separate from the Satyamangalam range. 2) Tigers are not migratory over 100s of km, like between the western and eastern ghats. They usually have beats in their home ranges which are fixed and may move about in the mating period, albeit large scale movement are exceptional.
