[edit] History
Fay Wood and Charles Ruppman founded Wood Technologies International (later becoming SatisFusion) to offer state-of-the-art technology starting with the facilitation of claims and payment processing and other state-of-the-art electronic services for the consumer electronics, appliance and other industries.
Charles Ruppman since taking the first inbound consumer satisfaction call in 1973, has focused on building lifetime customer relationships for clients. Through this process and with the ability to spot emerging trends, Wood and Ruppman found a knack partnering with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to provide comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, integrating a suite of customer interaction solutions including: customer service support, inbound sales support, marketing and analytics, and customer relationship consulting.
Ruppman promoted many consumer-focused initiatives still in effect today, such as use of demographics, usage studies, trade display advertising, and standardization of ad unit sizes and codes among publishers.
SatisFusion is a Springboard Venure Forum success story.
