There is no way that this dam is 46-feet tall. That has to be a mistake. The water level coming out of the Blancahrd dam is at 1036 feet. Water behind the St Cloud dam is at 981 feet. The pool behind the Sartell dam is at 1014 feet. 1014 - 981 is 33 feet, and you still have water falls at Sauk Rapids.
