Sary
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sary /Sārā/ is a type of fruit that is native to Cambodia. It is sometimes thought of as being a combination of an apple and a pear. It has almost the sweetness of a pear, and is less acidic than an apple. It is described by the Khmer people (those native to Cambodia) as being neither an apple, nor a pear, but being its own fruit altogether.
It has the appearance of a white apple. It retains the shape and structure of an apple with the colour of a white pear.
