Sarwendah Kusumawardhani is a retired female badminton player from Indonesia.

Kusumawardhani competed in badminton at the 1992 Summer Olympics in women's singles. She lost in quarterfinals to Bang Soo-hyun, of South Korea, 11-2, 3-11, 12-11.
