Sardara is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 50 km northwest of Cagliari and about 8 km northwest of Sanluri. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,331 and an area of 56.1 km².[1]

Sardara borders the following municipalities: Collinas, Mogoro, Pabillonis, San Gavino Monreale, Sanluri, Villanovaforru.
