Sarala Devi may refer to:
- Sarala Devi Chaudhurani— niece of Rabindranath Tagore, and the founder of the first women's organisation in India, the Bharat Stree Mahamandal.
- Sarala Roy—Founder of the Gokhale Memorial School in Calcutta, the first woman to be secretary of Brahmo Balika Shikshalaya, member of Calcutta University’s senate and one of the leaders of the all-India women’s conference.
- Sarala Devi—feminist, and freedom fighter from Orissa.
