A user named S.K. keeps deleting my update to this SAP Business Information Warehouse entry and identifying it as spam. I want to know who this user is and why he/she is doing such things.

The reason for deleting you entry is that it points to a website, that exclusively sells this research report. To quote:

 A 200+ page practical guide teaching you how to use SAP's Business Warehouse
 
 Available exclusively through Research Summary, our BW User Guide is an essential
 resource for anyone using SAP's Business Warehouse.

To me, this is clearly spam. Look at WP:EL, Section "What should not be linked to": 3. Sites that primarily exist to sell products or services.
