[edit] "Allo Allo"?

A. A. Gill is a hilarious writer, and while I don't wish to dismiss his critical sensibilities, which are equally proficient, I can't believe he seriously believed Sandrine's accent to echo the mildly racist lampoon of Allo Allo. If this stays in the article I think it should be attributed to A. A. Gill in the actual text, rather than remaining as it is, which implies a general consensus.
