Sanford-Brown Institute - Garden City is a career focused school. Sanford-Brown Institute’s Garden City Campus opened in 2004. Originally SBI - Garden City was known as the Ultrasound Diagnostic School, in Carle Place, NY. The school moved to Garden City, New York to grow and expand offered programs.[1]

In 2003 Career Education Corporation (CEC) purchased Sanford-Brown Institute.

City Of Garden City, New York Garden City is a village in central Nassau County, New York. The village is located 18.5 miles to the east of mid-town Manhattan, on Long Island. In the late 1980s to the early 2000s Garden City went under renovation. The renovation of the village mainly was in the downtown area. The renovations included moving some businesses around and added new upscale stores and restaurants to the village.[5]
