San Remo records

Based in the Midlands, San Remo was founded by Marco Thomas, who experienced some recording success as bassist with 80’s indie band Felt.

His dream was always to have his own record label, and when local DJ and friend Martin Davies played a remarkable demo by Wolverhampton singer songwriter Scott Matthews, the dream came to fruition, and San Remo was born.

Following the award winning debut album “Passing Stranger” by Scott Matthews, the second release by the label is “Cut Your Key” by Leicester based outfit The Junipers.
