San Emigdio Mountain is located in Southern California's Kern County, a few miles north of the Ventura County border. San Emigdio Mountain is part of the southern wall of the San Joaquin Valley, at a height of 7,492 ft (2,284 m). It's located northwest of the community of Pine Mountain Club. The mountain lies to the west of Interstate 5 and the Tehachapi Mountains.
