SanDisk Cruzer

Cruzer is the line of USB flash drives made by SanDisk. The amount of RAM in a Cruzer varies from 512 MB to 8 GB.

As of 2008, the line has nine flash drives. All except the Micro Skin and the Gator feature a retractable USB A-type plug, and those drives have a cap. Some of the drives are U3 Smart Drive, which means they have U3 pre-installed. U3 emulates a Windows launchpad on the drive and allows U3 programs to run.

Several of the flash drives have U3 preinstalled. These include the Contour, which is the flagship product, the SanDisk Ultra Cruzer Titanium, which has a tough case, and the Micro, which is the smallest drive.
Others include the Pattern, marketed to fashionable people, the SanDisk Ultra Cruzer Titanium Plus which has an extra tough case, the Micro Skin, which has different skins, the SanDisk Extreme Ducati, which is extra fast, the Crossfire, designed for gamers, and the Gator, also marketed to fashionable people.

Products produced in the past but no longer produced include the U3 smart drives Titanium, capable of withstanding 2,000 pounds (907 kilograms) of pressure, the Tag, marketed towards children, and the Snap, marketed towards individuals concerned with fashion. The Tag and the Snap were only available in Europe.
Other products produced in the past include the Fluer, marketed at women, the Freedom, designed for students, and the Profile, which features a biometric fingerprint scanner to enhance security.
