I do not know if I have the right vehicle to express my opinion. I am 81 years old and a veteran of WWII. My ancestors came here about 200 years ago. We are in Iraq. We are spending billions of dollars in building up their infrastructure. We should exact some payment in return. They have one asset. OIL.. It is in the ground free to them. We should be able to extract what we need at a price that is reduced in size to help compensate us for our investment in this country. We spent billions rebuilding Japan and Germany and just gave it back to them FREE...This, after they were the ones who attacked us.....Let us not repeat the past...we have forgotten about billions of dollars in reparations that were never repaid. There were other countries where we have done the same. Let us get smart....!!!!Surely this would not only be fair and equitable, but would help our economy. We cannot go on supporting a large part of the world from our pockets with no repayment. Charles Boeggeman
