Taken by me November 19, 2005, at the northern mouth of w:en:Willapa Bay west of w:en:Tokeland, Washington, USA, near Cape Shoalwater and part (now submerged) of the w:en:Willapa National Wildlife Refuge; the area is locally known as "Washaway Beach"[1].
