This image, a newspaper photo from 1932, is believed to be useable on Wikipedia, in particular to illustrate the article "Transport in San Marino" where no other option exists to illustrate the railway.
The picture depicts the opening of the San Marino electric railway.

According to the Law of 22 April 1941 n. 633, revised by the law of 22 May 2004, n. 128 article 87 and article 92, simple, documentary photographs without creative input of the author enter the public domain after 20 years counted from January 1st of the calendar year following their first publication.
