Hi, I'm Sam, I'm a perpetual student in the UK, and I'm a quaker, currently serving as fundraiser to YFGM, and on the committee that runs Pardshaw Young Friends' Centre.
If I've said something that has offended you, then please be assured that that was not my intent. As a quaker, I am committed to the ideals of truth and plain-speaking. I do my best not to beat about the bush, and if my language is equivocal it is because that is the simplest way to express my feelings and views. I won't go out of my way to avoid offence, but I will take reasonable precautions against it. Anything I say may seem to have concealed or implied meaning, but as a general rule it doesn't. If I suggest an argument is faulty, I do no mean that the proponent is faulty.
