"Electric"

This is a suggestion for Wikipedia:Template standardisation/article.

Some parts of this are based on Violet/riga's Original. Others are my own concepts, others are based on the current templates. I wanted a design that looked sharp in Monobook, and I intend to make more toned-down versions to work in Classic, Nostalgia and Cologne Blue. I also wanted designs that highlighted the important and immediate things, and made the unimportant things go out of the way. I very definitely do not want little pictures distracting from the message.
