[edit] A question

When biking along the Springwater Corridor trail (wow, is there really no article for that??! Must rectify!), I occasionally see a 2- or 3-car freight train go by. I think this is the same section of track as this article concerns, through Oaks Bottom. Anyone know what those trains are all about, who operates them, etc? -Pete 18:36, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

  • From the little research that I've done, I would guess that is Dick Samuel's Oregon Pacific Railroad. They still haul some freight on that line. --PerlDreamer 03:56, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
