where are the boundaries of east sampaloc and west sampaloc

Cleaned this up a little. It sounded like an advert for the Windsor Inn. Besides that, the area can't be lively and middle class in one sentence and plebeian in the next. Plus there were a lot of subjective, unsourced claims (best this, most famous that). Thinginblack 20:02, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
