Samy-Oyame Mawene (born November 12, 1984 in France) is a professional football midfielder currently playing for Stafford Rangers. Mawene previously played for Millwall, transferring from Caen, Samy made his first appearance on August 22nd, 2006 against Gillingham in the Carling Cup. After Nigel Spackman, the manager that brought him to the club, was replaced by Willie Donachie, Mawene struggled to get into the first team, and his contract was cancelled in August 2007. Samy's older brother, Youl, plays in England for Preston. Mawene then signed for Stafford Rangers in 2007
