[edit] Early life
In his youth, Sam Brown was an active in many extracurricular activities, such as class office, football, the chess team, radio and his local cable-access television station, where he and four of his friends started a show called TV Galactica. While they never aired a single one of the five episodes shot because they felt the episodes were not of adequate quality, the show sparked Brown’s interest in the visual medium.[1] Following through with his passion, Sam enrolled at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.[2]
[edit] Career
While working New York City comedy clubs, he met Trevor Moore, whom he discovered also went to SVA and lived in the same dormitory.[2] The two decided to start a comedy troupe. It was in that first semester in college that they created the Whitest Kids U’ Know. Brown since then has graduated with a BFA in Film from SVA, and has served as Associate Producer at ImaginasianTV.[3] Brown and Moore were later joined by Zach Cregger, Timmy Williams and Darren Trumeter.
