Description
Français : Ulugh Beg est un petit fils de Tamerlan passionné d'astronomie. Il fit construire cet observatoire muni d'un astrolabe géant de m de diamètre. Cet observatoire a été rasé par son fils, parricide et successeur Abd al-Latif. Ce n'est qu'en 1908 que ces ruines ont été redécouvertes par des archéologues russes.
