One of the rules on Wikipedia is that you do not create articles about yourself. If you are famous enough to require an article someone else will create it for you. Your article Saleem Ali will be proposed for deletion. DJ Clayworth 18:01, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Madrassah
Assalamalaikum Dr. Ali. Thanks for your contributions on the Madrassah article. I formatted the references you inserted in the article. I took time to watch your Children of Faith video and feel that it was well done. I learnt some facts that I had not known before. It is nice to see that people such as yourself are working to eliminate the prejudice against Islam. Thank you once again sir. I really appreciate it. [edit] Links
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Tiffany & Co.. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. -- SiobhanHansa 02:11, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
