Saltgrass Steakhouse is a chain of steakhouse restaurants owned by Landry's Restaurants.
The first Saltgrass Steakhouse was located in Houston, Texas. The property has expanded to other states, including a location in the Golden Nugget hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The restaurant serves only U.S.D.A. Certified Angus Beef, which claims is the top 8% of all beef produced in the United States.
