Sally Duberson (born October 23, 1942 in New York City) is an American model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the January 1965 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Pompeo Posar.
At the time of her pictorial, she worked as a Bunny in the Playboy Clubs in Baltimore and Miami and later studied fashion design in New York City.
