Rear Admiral Sally Brice-O'Hara is Commander United States Coast Guard Fourteenth District in Honolulu, Hawaii since May 3, 2006.

Brice-O'Hara graduated from Goucher College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1974. She received her Coast Guard commission from Officer Candidate School 1975. She received a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, and a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College.

  • Deputy Commander of Activities Baltimore and Alternate Captain of the Port.
  • Commander of Group Baltimore.
  • Commanding Officer of Coast Guard Station Cape May, New Jersey.
  • Executive Officer of Station New London, Connecticut.
  • Planning Officer at Support Center Kodiak, Alaska.
  • Assistant Director of Admissions at the United States Coast Guard Academy.
  • Director of Reserve and Training at Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington, D.C.

Rear Admiral Brice-O’Hara’s awards include four Legions of Merit, a Meritorious Service Medal, six Coast Guard Commendation Medals, the Coast Guard Achievement Medal, and the Commandant's Letter of Commendation.
