Sales variance

Sales Variance is the difference between actual sales and budget sales. Total sales variance comprises two variances.
- Sales Price Variance
- Sales Volume Variance
Sales Volume Variance is further sub-divided into two variances.
- Sales Mix Variance
- Sales Qty Variance
