Salchipapas
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Salchipapas is a Peruvian street food that consists of thinly sliced pan-fried beef hot dogs or sausage and french fries, mixed together and served on a plate or in a paper cone, eaten with different sauces, like huacatay (Peruvian marigold and chili peppers), golf (ketchup and mayonnaise), aji (Peruvian chiles) and mustard. Salchipapas is sometimes served with a savory coleslaw on the side.
