Sakian

The Sakian is a Russian and Kazakhian faunal stage of the Late Cambrian period that occurred between 494.5 To 493 million years ago. The sakian stage is preceded by the Ayusokkanian stage and followed by the Aksayan stage. It overlaps with the Idamean stage in Australia and the Steptoan stage in north america.
