This Article appears to be either IN PROGRESS as a translation or up to a PROOFREADERS NEEDED point. Could the last worker on this Article reassign the briefing to In Progress or Proofreaders Needed from Translation Requests, whichever is appropriate? - B.C.Schmerker 08:20, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

I don't think so. At least some parts, such as an infobox and the references section do not seem to be traslated. Dalobuca 02:56, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
