zugu - Thank you very much for clearing things up, Entrect. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.79.44.119 (talk) 17:05, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

Entrect - As mentioned under the Neon Genesis Evangelion section, Left Eye, Right Here, Suite for my Sweet and Feel My Vibe have all had 2 editions released, the original and the anniversary edtiions, hence all appearing on the website list twice. Different covers, different artwork, expanded stories and art etc, they are all distinct releases.

Page 26 of The Yuri & Friends Full Color 2 states saigado vol. 14 - this is the "true" vol. 14. The "First" and "Second" anniversary editions of Left Eye and Right Here were released around the same time and appear adjacent on the website list, they do not have a "vol. #" mentioned inside though, since they are partial re-releases of "vol. 1" and "vol. 2". Ishoku Dougen put then on as vol.14 on the website list to reflect when these anniversary editions were released in 1999.

Page 40 of Space Cumboy clearly has the release as MX04, page 34 of Chris Maniax states it is MX03, this is an error on the website list.

Mary and Jenny specials were released side-by-side at the same comiket hence both are 36, though Mary is always on lists before Jenny.

The list in the article as it stands is a correct representation of the releases. The Mary and Jenny specials could both be listed as 36 and then 37 skipped on the list if necessary.

zugu - I am a little bit confused. Why is the official list (Google translated) using such a weird numbering system? The NGE doujins seem to have this problem:

  • Left Eye - number 1
  • Right Here - number 2
  • Left Eye Saigado First - number 14
  • Right Here Saigado Second - number 14

Clearly, there's a problem here, because "The Yuri and Friends Fullcolor 2" is also number 14. Then we have:

  • Suite for my Sweet 1015 - number 5
  • Feel My Vibe - number 6
  • Suite for my Sweet 1015 Saigado Fifth - number 5
  • Feel My Vibe Saigado Sixth - number 6

Furthermore:

  • Chris Maniax - labeled as MX03
  • Space Cumboy - labeled as MX03

and

  • Yuri & Friends Mary Special - number 36
  • Yuri & Friends Jenny Special - number 36

Can anyone please provide an explanation? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.85.252.100 (talk) 09:08, August 28, 2007 (UTC)

Entrect - Looks like someone keeps editing the Boku no Seinen Kouken-nin information, might be vandalism? If someone is doing this because they think the information, is incorrect, Futabasha's website here verifies the publication, the tanbokon and doujinshi can be compared to verify the content information. http://www.futabasha.co.jp/?isbn=978-4-575-83336-2

Entrect - Someone has been removing information on Boku no Seinen Kouken-nin, information which is both relevant and correct, with no explanation? Undid those edits.

Entrect - CHECK Shinsetsu was first published as a 1-shot in August 1997 Men's Young. The original publication is out of print, this information and a republication is in the Hinomaru-kun no Kae! tanbokon published by Futabasha in 2006, ISBN 4-575-83230-8. I have corrected the list in question to retain official numbering taken from the website and volume numbering in the doujinshi but also reflect all publications under the Saigado mark by giving more detailed reference to the anniversary editions of the four Evangelion doujinshi, by their original releases. These anniversary editions featured entirely new covers and a significant amount of additional content, it is not accurate to cite them as re-releases of the original publications, as well as omitt any reference to the two different editions of Left Eye and Right Here.

tomduo - The official website is a proper list. Any releases under a different publication mark should be noted as a seperate release. Since the books themselves come with an information page at the back of the book, marking the releases with a publication number that matches the official website, do not interject your own personal belief over the artists/publisher's classification.

Evidence: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:SaigadoEvidence.jpg - taken from Volume 39 - Athena and Friends 2006, which clearly denotes this is volume 39, not 44.

Entrect - someone edited the release list because it doesn't match the list on Saigado's website, but the "official" list is not 100% accurate, with one or two errors and ommissions. Check the actual publication info on the actual books, rather than what is on the website. In fact, for the purposes of a chronological list, the numbering should probably be removed (as it was something originally copied and pasted from the website before it was fixed) and the titles listed with their actual publication date. The list is of ALL publication under the Saigado label, not just the ones mentioned on the website. Also, Suite for My Sweet and Feel My Vibe were not re-released in the sense the same books were put back into print for another run, they were republished as new editions under the sub-titles Saigado First and Saigado Second, with new material, the original publications dont need this indicated by them, just the new editions should be titled with Saigado First/Saigado Second.

zugu - Wow, whoever added information to the article did a great job! It's more information than ever!

Commisar - There doujinshi "Feel my Vibe" is also NGE based. so I have listed it in the apropriate section.

zugu - Actually, one of the NGE doujinshi is called "Right Here", not "Right Eye". But I assumed it was a typo and corrected it. Also, there are many other titles missing, I'll update them as soon as I'll find all of them out.

tomduo - I have hopefully reported all true information. Anything you can find on the subject that contradicts my own opinion, please let me know. :)

zugu - Here's something shocking for me: I've just found out that Ishoku Dougen is the ONLY Saigado Circle member! Everything labeled Saigado is a one man work. The source of this information can be found here: http://66.249.93.104/search?q=cache:RNaiQQT1lCoJ:https://www.tokyocentral.com/pub/topic.asp%3FARCHIVE%3D%26TOPIC_ID%3D487+saigado+comics+publishing&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=9&client=firefox-a It's a Google cached version of some discution on a forum, presumably among people who know what are they talking about. I updated the article in respect to the new info. Update: Unfortunately, the page is available no more. You'll have to believe me, and I'll have to believe the guys that posted there. In the meantime, I'll continue to document myself about Saigado.

zugu - Wandering on the net, I found this site: http://www.technoya.com/php/techno_search.php3?hSCode=D00004&hPCnt=10&hImgOut=1 ; these people sell Saigado stuff, but the interesting issue is that every Bokuno Seinen Kouken Nin manga has a subtitle! Just translate the page with Google and you'll see! Unfortunately, the translation is approximative at best, and I don't know Japanese, so I need domeone to translate them for me. I really need that information. Anyone?

carlitox - hola vengo a revolotear el asunto

[edit] Left Eye link

Left Eye dōjin seems irrelated to Left Eye the rapper. I re-redded the dōjin link by making it Left Eye (dōjin). Thelvin 21:56, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Saigado.GIF

Image:Saigado.GIF is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
