Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie is a village and commune situated 5 km from the Duchy of Uzès, in the Gard department, in southern France.
Joseph Monier, the inventor of reinforced concrete used in construction, was born in the village in 1823. A cover made completely of concrete was constructed over the marketplace, and there is a market every Friday morning.
