Saint-Benoît is a commune in the French overseas département of Réunion. It is located on the eastern part of the island of Réunion, about 40 kilometers southeast of Saint-Denis, the préfecture, or administrative center. In the 1999 census, Saint-Benoît had a population of 31,560. The commune has a land area of 229.61 km² (88.653 sq mi).
