Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray is a commune in the département of Seine-Maritime and the Haute-Normandie region of France.
It is the second-largest suburb of the city of Rouen, and is located south of the city. In the 1999 census, Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray had a population of 29,092. The commune has a land area of 18.25 km² (7.046 sq mi).
