The Best Skilled Surgeon (最上の命医 Saijō no Meii?) is a shōnen manga by Takashi Hashiguchi. This series debuted in Shōnen Sunday 2008 issue 1 (published in December 2007).

A medical drama focusing on a young boy named Mikoto Saijō who was saved as a child by a skilled surgeon. After recuperating, the boy vows to dedicate his life to becoming the world's greatest pediatrician.
