SageCRM (formerly eWare and ACCPAC CRM) is a web-based CRM system from Sage based mainly on Microsoft technologies (IIS, Active Server Pages, ActiveX, Internet Explorer - mostly MSSQL).
It has been reviewed and awarded/recognised in 2007 by Infotech, ISM CRM Strategic Advisors, Customer Inter@ction, amongst others.
The main feature is the user-friendly front-end, but also benefits from a simple extendible architecture.
The software comes in two flavors — on-site and Hosted.
Forrester reviews SageCRM as "A Strong Performer In Midmarket CRM Suites". Technology Advisors describe SageCRM.com as "a comprehensive on-demand CRM solution for clients seeking a low-cost, low-risk solution.".
