Taken from a parking garage parallel to the Dow Event Center looking south down Washington Ave on the city's east side. The Temple Theater is partially visible in the lower right-hand corner. The SBC building can be seen in the distance. The local newspaper, The Saginaw News, can be seen in front of the SBC building with green tinted windows.
