[edit] What is safe trade?

The article really doesn't say what constitutes "safe trade"; if it does then it is badly hidden. And the external link is broken as is http://www.greenpeace.org/politics/wto/gpsafetrade.pdf while http://www.greenpeace.org/raw/content/international/press/reports/safe-trade-in-the-21st-century.pdf also mixes explanation with many other issues. --Audiovideo 20:51, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
