She did not. This rumor is a political "dirty trick" that, when revealed, forced Maryland's Republican Governor, Bob Ehrlich, to fire his closest aide, Joseph Steffen. The aide was trying to sabotage Democrat Mayor of Baltimore, Martin O'Malley, in a potential run for governor

Good question, O Anonymous Poster. Although she is of Nigerian parentage, (as evidenced by her surname), I do believe that Sade was born in Baltimore MD. I shall however attempt to get solid confirmation of this. --Jalabi99 22:30, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

But she was born in 1969, not 1971.

As the title says, I removed the rumor that claimed that Baderwinwa was seeking the 11PM position of Eyewitness News, because this is a false rumor that is not gonna happen. -Vlad 03:31, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
