Sadarpur is located at 23.4764° N 90.0333° E . It has 31104 units of house hold and total area 290.21 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^[1], Sadarpur has a population of 172059. Males constitute are 52.56% of the population, and females 47.44%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 88658. Sadarpur has an average literacy rate of 22.6% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. ^[2]
