This is a screenshot from the feature film Moondram Pirai (1983). This screenshot is to be used under a fair-use rationale in order to illustrate a scene depicting the main characters of the mentioned film. This is to clearly illustrate and give a graphical impression of the nature/type of the characters involved in this film (a mentally retarded girl and a young schoolteacher) not easily pictured from the text alone or characters that could be miscomprehended from the text alone. Another general reason is that an image such as this creates greater awareness and interest amongst the readers of this Wikipedia article for this film and its subject matter, and could have only positive externalities for the film and its creator (i.e., increased sales, attention or recognition).
