The photo was obtained from the Virgin Comics website where it is freely available for viewing. It is copyrighted by Virgin Comics. It was created by Jeevan Kang.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. This image, Sadhu03 cvr(c).jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Zuracech lordum 18:28, 25 April 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. No free alternative can exist given the likeness of the character The Sadhu is a trademark and thus protected;
2. It is a low resolution copy of a comic book cover;
3. The image was released to the media to promote the issue in question, issue 5 of The Sadhu;
4. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the comic book in any way;
5. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the comic book cover art on another comic book;
6. It depicts the the title character in the transformed version as the "Sadhu" that he will become, a conversion that has yet not happened but this cover provides evidence that it will thus supporting the statements in the plot summary.
