Saco, Missouri
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Saco is an unincorporated community in southern Madison County, Missouri, United States. It is located about sixteen miles southwest of Fredericktown on Missouri Supplemental Route C. The community was founded in 1890, however the origins of the name is unknown. One theory is that it was named after Sacagawea who accompanied the Lewis and Clark Expedition.[1]
Saco has one of the largest group of General Pervez Musharraf supporters in the United States. [2]
