Sabre Springs is a community in the northeastern part of the city of San Diego, California. Sabre Springs is located west of Poway, south of the Carmel Mountain Ranch, east of Rancho Penasquitos, and north of Miramar Ranch North, and Scripps Ranch.
Sabre Springs also features a business park which includes several notable businesses.

Sabre Springs Park is located at Sabre Springs Parkway and Evening Creek Dr. South. It features two tot-lots and two Little League fields.
North of Ted Williams Parkway is the Carmel Mountain Ranch / Sabre Springs Community Park. This Park is part of Carmel Mountain Ranch though This houses a recreation center with basketball courts, two baseball fields, and a medium sized tot-lot.
