A caricature depicting the policies of the Alexandru Averescu cabinet. The image was originally published by Adevărul. It was reprinted, together with other cartoons, in Magazin Istoric (August 1971) without indication of copyright or author; the note to the reprint specifies that it was part of a series of cartoons dating from 1920-1921.
