What the hell is this? And no the first modern police was not that established in Paris in 1667. That was in essence the first modern secret police. Stop appealling to your own sense of nationalist self-satisfaction with this unprofessional, uneducated time wasting and try to become a bit more scientific. Not like I really care about you if you are sad enough to create an article on Wikipeida, I'm just sick of the fact that it's the first thing to come up on Google.
