Sébastien Hinault (born 11 February 1974 in Saint-Brieuc) is a French road racing cyclist. Since 1997 he has been with the French team Crédit Agricole, and has competed in the Tour de France five times. In 2004 he came 4th in the Deutschland Tour.

Sébastien Hinault is no relation to the former cyclist Bernard Hinault.
