Ryszard Białous codename: Jerzy (b. April 4, 1914 in Warsaw - March 24, 1992 in Neuquen, Argentina) was a Polish scoutmaster (harcmistrz) captain of the AK-Szare Szeregi. Commander of the Batalion Zośka before and during the Warsaw Uprising.

He was fighting in World War II and taking part in Operation Arsenal (1943).

Ryszard Bialous 'Jerzy', capitán, condecorado con la Orden de Virtuti Militari, y dos veces con la Cruz de Valor. Comandante del batallón 'Zoska' antes y durante el Levantamiento de Varsovia. Anteriormente en el ' Zwiazek Odwetu ' (Asociación de Venganza formada por 2o Teniente. F. Niepokolczycki), y comandante del brazo militar de las Filas Canas (Szare Szeregi). Muerto en Argentina en 1992.
