[edit] "Natural" Shortstop?

I'm not sure that the bit of trivia about Theriot being refered to as a 2B, but is a "natural" SS is scholorly or alltogether true. As far as I know, he's called a shortstop now, because that's the position he starts at. As his career continues, he might be more aptly called a utility infielder. Secondly, what makes someone a "natural"? Granted, he's got a pretty good glove, but he flashes it equally well at 3B or 2B. I'd like to see that bit gone from the article - unless someone wants to defend what I view as an irrelevant, vague statement. Zukkie44 21:28, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Worst player on the Cubs

Some dope said Theriot is probably the worst player on the cubs and should be a reserve. Whether or not this is true is very debatable, however this is an encyclopedic article and I have deleted the statement.Cubs07ftw 19:34, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
